2001—2009年中国碳排放与碳足迹时空格局   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

碳排放引发的全球变暖给自然环境及人类社会都带来了显著影响,而碳足迹可以衡量自然生态系统对人类活动碳排放的响应。为研究自然-社会二元系统碳动态,基于MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)数据和统计资料计算2001—2009年中国陆地植被净初级生产力、能源消费碳排放、碳足迹和碳赤字;在GIS(Geographic Information System)技术支持下,运用空间自相关分析方法讨论其时空格局;据此划分生态经济区。结果表明:(1)2001—2009年全国植被净初级生产力(Net Primary Production,NPP)平均值为3.32 Pg C/a(1 Pg=1015g),呈西南地区东南沿海华中、华东地区东北、华北地区西北地区的空间格局;(2)2001—2009年全国能源消费碳排放逐年增加,年均增长率16.7%,多年平均值2.53 Pg C/a,呈东部中部西部的空间格局;(3)2001—2009年全国碳足迹逐年增加,年均增长率14.7%,多年平均值6.98×106km2;具有正碳赤字(即碳源)的省份为山西、环渤海地区各省、长三角地区各省、广东;相邻省份碳赤字的相对大小由于互相影响而改变;(4)全国分为中东部、南部、北部、西部四个生态经济大区。研究结果直观揭示了中国碳排放和碳足迹的时空动态,为实现自然-社会二元系统的可持续发展提供科学依据。  相似文献

土壤食物网结构复杂,功能众多,直接测定土壤食物网各功能群生物量并结合数学模型来推断土壤食物网结构和功能,工作量大且分析过程繁琐。线虫生态学的发展为土壤食物网的研究开辟了一条新的思路,即利用线虫区系分析来定性推断食物网的结构和功能。线虫作为土壤中数量最丰富的后生动物,占据着土壤食物网的中心位置,其物种多样性、食性多样性、生活史策略多样性、功能团多样性奠定了其作为土壤食物网结构和功能指示生物的生态学基础。线虫区系分析根据发展历史可以分为个体分类、生活史策略分类、功能团分类和代谢足迹分类四个时期,其中后两个时期主要用于推断土壤食物网结构和功能。基于功能团的线虫区系分析将线虫的食性和生活史策略结合起来,发展出一系列指数来判断土壤食物网的连通性、食物网链长度、外界养分投入情况、分解途径及对外界干扰的响应等。基于代谢足迹的线虫区系分析在功能团分析基础上,加入线虫能流分析,从而定性反映了土壤食物网功能的大小。两者在指示土壤食物网自下而上调节及对植物线虫控制等方面起着重要的作用。  相似文献

随着中国经济的飞速发展,可再生能源的开发利用已经被提到重要的议事日程,其中水力发电是重中之重。但水力发电过程也消耗大量的水资源,使得水电水足迹的核算成为当前水足迹研究热点。多功能水库同时具有发电、供水、防洪、旅游、水产等多种生态系统服务功能。传统水足迹核算方法往往将水库的水足迹等同于水电水足迹,忽略了水库的多功能性,因而高估了水电的水足迹。对传统水电水足迹的核算方法进行了改进,考虑到水库不同的生态系统服务功能,加入了水电效益分摊系数这一指标,将水电水足迹从水库水足迹中分离出来。以华北最大水库北京密云水库为例,采用传统的方法和改进的方法计算了密云水库1988—2004年水电水足迹。研究结果显示:倘若不考虑效益分摊,按照传统的方法,密云水库1988—2004年平均水电水足迹为897 m3/GJ;按照效益分摊的方法计算得到的平均水电水足迹为127 m3/GJ,仅为不考虑效益分摊情况下计算的水电水足迹的14%。水力发电是密云水库初期建设的主要目的,但自1998年之后发电量逐年减少,近年来基本不发电。传统方法下的2004年单位水电水足迹为4529.5 m3/GJ,为单位水电水足迹最大的年份;但应用改进方法后该年的单位水电水足迹仅为67.3 m3/GJ,反而成为单位水电水足迹最大的年份。考虑效益分摊更能够体现水电水足迹的真实情况,为多功能水库水电水足迹核算提供了新的思路和方法。  相似文献

2007年中国政府提出"生态文明"建设以来,已批准了三批52个生态文明建设试点。生态系统与社会经济发展的复杂性要求科学、客观地评估区域生态文明建设,以便科学地决策和行动。区域生态文明建设是一个复合的过程,其核心在于社会-经济-自然复合生态系统各组分的和谐进步。因此,基于生态系统服务(ES)、生态足迹(EF)和人均GDP3个指标,以及这3个指标所代表的资源禀赋、人类对自然生态系统的占用、经济增长之间的线性逻辑关系,构建综合性相对指数;并以此对2010年中国大陆各省(市、直辖市)的生态文明建设水平进行了综合评估,其中,海南省的生态文明建设指数最大,为0.5091,北京市的指数最小,为0.0377;最后,分析了2010年中国大陆各省(市、区)生态文明建设的生态压力和生态效率,北京、天津和上海3个直辖市处于低资源禀赋高资源消费状况,全国大多数省(市、区)处于低消耗和低产出的阶段,经济增长尚有较大的潜力。  相似文献

利用雪深被动微波遥感数据产品,对青藏高原1979—2007年积雪深度、积雪日数的分布变化及其趋势进行了分析。结果表明:青藏高原积雪日数、积雪深度和海拔三者之间在空间上具有显著正相关;青藏高原积雪在1988年发生突变,该年前后积雪分布有显著不同,这与20世纪80年代中后期青藏高原由暖干时期进入暖湿时期有关;将青藏高原按夏季水汽来源不同将其分为南北两部分,发现29年来北部积雪日数变化与全国积雪变化相反呈极显著增加趋势(R2=0.39,P0.01),以1.40 d/a的趋势增加,主要原因是西北部地区冬季积雪日数增加;南部积雪深度与全国积雪变化一致呈极显著减少趋势(R2=0.24,P0.01),以-0.04 cm/a的趋势减少,主要原因是东南部春、夏、秋三季积雪深度减少。  相似文献

β-Glucan process-related impurities can be introduced into biopharmaceutical products via upstream or downstream processing or via excipients. This study obtained a comprehensive process-mapping dataset for five monoclonal antibodies to assess β-glucan introduction and clearance during development and production runs at various scales. Overall, 198 data points were available for analysis. The greatest β-glucan concentrations were found in the depth-filtration filtrate (37–2,745 pg/ml). Load volume correlated with β-glucan concentration in the filtrate, whereas flush volume was of secondary importance. Cation-exchange chromatography significantly cleared β-glucans. Furthermore, β-glucan leaching from the Planova 20N virus removal filter was reduced by increasing the flush volume (1 vs. 10 L/m2). β-glucan concentrations after filter flush with 10 L/m2 were consistently <10 pg/ml. No or only limited β-glucan clearance was attained via ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF). However, during the first run with monoclonal antibody (mAb) 4, β-glucan concentration in the UF/DF retentate was 10.8 pg/mg, potentially due to β-glucan leaching from the first run with a regenerated cellulose membrane. Overall, β-glucan levels in the final mAb drug substance were 1–12 pg/mg. Assuming high doses of 1,000–5,000 mg, a β-glucan contamination at 20 pg/mg would translate to 20–100 ng/dose, which is below the previously suggested threshold for product safety (≤500 ng/dose).  相似文献

Abstract: In this work, we analysed interspecific variation in nectar sugar composition, corolla tube length, and the diversity of floral visitors of 35 Asteraceae species. The potential correlations between these variables could arise either as a result of selection to improve pollinator attractiveness or simply as a consequence of phylogenetic constraints. Samples of nectar and flowers, and data on floral visitors, were obtained from living plants in natural populations from Argentina. Asteraceae species showed a large variability in corolla tube length. Nectar of most species presented a larger proportion of hexoses than sucrose. All species were visited by numerous insects belonging to 2 different orders. Results showed that floral traits are not significantly correlated with the diversity of floral visitors. These characters seem to be linked to the phylogeny of the species. Early branching species (species phylogenetically close to the root of the Asteraceae tree) tend to have longer corollas, higher sucrose proportions and lesser diversity of floral visitors than late branching species. Considering that longer corolla tubes and higher nectar sucrose percentages may indicate some specialization in the pollination system, we suggest that there is an evolutionary tendency toward generalist pollination systems within the family.  相似文献

1. The effect of light intensity on photosynthesis and the fate of newly fixed organic carbon was compared for three characean algae collected at the same depth (10 m) but differing in their depth distributions. For each species we determined photosynthesis–irradiance (P–E) responses, the partitioning of newly fixed carbon into four intracellular pools (low molecular‐weight compounds, polysaccharides, lipids and proteins) and the extracellular organic carbon (EOC) release at a range of photon flux densities (PFD) 0–60 μmol m–2 s–1. 2. The P–E responses differed between the three species, with the light compensation point (Ec) and dark respiration rate highest in the shallowest species (Chara fibrosa), intermediate in the mid‐range species (C. globularis) and lowest in the deepest species (C. corallina). Photosynthetic efficiency (α) and photosynthesis: respiration ratios were lowest in C. fibrosa and highest in C. corallina. 3. In all three species, the low molecular weight pool was the principal photosynthetic product (>60% of fixed C) at 3 μmol m–2 s–1 PFD, but its proportional contribution decreased rapidly with increasing irradiance. Polysaccharide rose to become the major product (>35% of fixed C) at saturating PFD (35 μmol m–2 s–1). 4. Protein synthesis was saturated at 5 μmol m–2 s–1 in all species and was consistently a lower proportion of the fixed carbon in C. corallina than the other species. The fraction incorporated in the lipid pool increased slightly with irradiance but was always less than 10% of fixed C, while the proportion lost as EOC was unaffected by light, being significantly higher in C. fibrosa than the other species. 5. A kinetic experiment with C. fibrosa at 35 μmol m–2 s–1 PFD revealed a continued increase in net polysaccharide, protein and lipid synthesis during a 22.5‐h light period, whereas the net size of the low molecular weight pool remained constant. In a subsequent dark period, protein and lipid synthesis continued at the expense of the polysaccharide and low‐molecular‐weight pools. The EOC release rose to a constant low release in the light, then peaked slightly immediately after the dark–light transition before returning to the same rate as in the light. Extrapolating these data over 24 h suggests that the proportion of fixed carbon lost as EOC may be as high as 10% in this species. 6. The interspecific differences in carbon acquisition between the three species reflected their depth distributions, with the deeper species having more efficient photosynthetic metabolism, lower P:R ratios and less EOC release, although no apparent differences in internal partitioning of photosynthate.  相似文献

The relative importance of seed availability, waterdepth, and soil phosphorus (P) concentrations oncattail (Typha domingensis pers.) earlyestablishment in an Everglades wetland area wasexamined using seed bank analysis and controlledexperiments. The experiments measured seed germinationand seedling growth in tanks with cattail seedaddition subjected to two P concentrations(un-enriched vs. enriched) and water depth (saturatedvs. flooded soils). A limited seed bank (223 ± 69m2) of cattail was found in the surface soil ofthe area studied. The germination of added seeds wasinhibited under flooded conditions, and only 0.6% ofthe germination was found. In contrast,under-saturated soil conditions, a maximum of 6% and15% germination was observed in P-un-enriched andP-enriched treatments, respectively. High mortality ofseedlings occurred regardless of P treatments followinga cold spell. However, P enrichment resulted inincreased seedling growth and asexual propagation.These results suggested the importance of theconcurrence of appropriate hydrologic regimes, Penrichment, and air temperature on the recruitment ofplant species.  相似文献
